This place was delicious & the surrounding decor was SO CUTE. I sat on the patio, but later realized that there is a whole downstairs area in this restaurant for you to relax in. I’m not usually into eating downstairs since that generally indicates a lack of windows, so I recommend the patio if it’s open. They have a lovely view of Larimer Square & the place was dressed up in twinkle lights when I was there.
I ordered this tasty pizza topped with a few different kinds of cheese, house-cured prosciutto, arugula, & figs. It was absolutely beautiful & mostly delicious. The figs were too sweet for me to eat so many since cooking the pizza had really sweetened them as they cooked down, so I pulled them off. Then, the pizza was delicious, although lacking sauce.
ANYWAYS, the real moral of this story is next time bring a friend, share the pizza, & START THE MEAL WITH THE BURRATA. I actually made a grand mistake when I didn’t order this tasty option – it’s all MADE IN HOUSE. Yes, the cheese. I know, what was I thinking?! haha. Anyways, I’m helping you to not make my mistake. Order the burrata.
Also, paired the meal with a spicy ginger beer – I always love the fizz & the flavor of a good ginger beer. Plus I was hungover from a crazy adventure the night before & needed some ginger in my system.
After an early dinner, wander around Larimer Square for some cute shopping & just to soak up a really fun & lively street in Denver! That’s all. Thank me later, cheese & pizza lovers. 😉
